Kristi Williams is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With more than 25 years of experience in lay and pastoral counseling, she brings wisdom, compassion, and a calming presence to her work with teens, adults, couples, and families.
Kristi knows that life isn't always easy. Sometimes it feels messy, relationships become complicated, grief feels overwhelming, or anxiety begins calling the shots. Whatever season you're in, she believes you don't have to face it alone.
One of Kristi's greatest joys is helping people rediscover hope when life has felt heavy. She loves watching clients grow in confidence, strengthen relationships, and realize they're capable of healing—even when they couldn't imagine feeling differently when they first walked through the door.
Kristi integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based approaches to meet each client's unique needs. For clients who desire it, she is also happy to incorporate Christian faith into the counseling process, recognizing that faith can be a meaningful source of comfort, wisdom, and strength.
She has extensive experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, relational conflict, life transitions, faith-related concerns, emotional regulation, boundary setting, relational wounds, and developing a healthy sense of identity and self-worth. She also enjoys helping couples strengthen communication, rebuild connection, and work through life's challenges together.
Clients often describe Kristi as warm, genuine, and easy to talk to. She believes therapy should be a place where you can laugh, cry, ask hard questions, and leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.
